Led the development of a ‘Marketing and Branding Strategy’  for a Caribbean Community (CARICOM) agency, CRITI, which included the development of a marketing and branding strategy and plan to market the organisation in the Caribbean region and internationally to its target markets of Caribbean governments, private sector and non-governmental organisations.

Conducted market research among key regional stakeholders and clients to identify customer needs and usage habits.

Developed specific marketing strategies and plans as well as created a brand strategy for CRITI which involved developing a visual identity, logo and layouts for a new website, online advertising and social media marketing campaign.
