Provided business development, marketing, branding and training services to tourism related businesses and entrepreneurs located in the Blue and John Crow Mountains National Park (BJCMNP) including the Holywell National Recreation Park.

The project sought to develop environmentally sustainable tourism attractions in the region.

Conceptualized and wrote business plans for the BJCMNP (Holywell and several other community attractions) in collaboration with the JCDT and community entrepreneurs. Also led the process of product development, branding and marketing.

Conducted workshops on how to write a business plan with community entrepreneurs.
