Entrepreneur Builder, the business society of the University of the West Indies Mona, supported young entrepreneurs on campus by tapping into their creativity, passion and entrepreneurial aspirations by launching a business model competition.

The challenge was to produce a model for a responsible and sustainable business based on the Business Model Canvas, a management and entrepreneurial tool that allows for strategic design of a business model.

EXPAND Managing Director Karin Wilson Edmonds was one of the judges of the competition which was held on April 9, 2015. 

The winning team got JMD 50,000 cash and free mentorship from business development professionals.
